Kamila Bajerski

Kamila Bajerski is the Controller & Chief Compliance Officer for BHC, responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, tax, and reporting.

Kamila oversees the firm’s financial operations and compliance functions, bringing over 10 years of experience in the alternative investment industry with deep expertise in fund operations and financial management. Prior to joining Bay Hills Capital, Kamila was the Assistant Controller at 5AM Ventures, where she managed fund reporting, audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Jose State University.
